  • Fast Shipping: We pride ourselves on efficiency. All in-stock products depart from our UK warehouse swiftly, ensuring you receive your order within an estimated 2-4 working days post-shipment. In most cases, we can arrange next day delivery.

  • We deliver to all UK mainland addresses: While we strive to provide free delivery service to all, please note that this service is exclusive to the mainland UK and does not include the postcodes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.

Quality & Assurance

  • Inspection on arrival: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.

  • What if my item is damaged or faulty: It’s rare that a product arrives damaged, but it if does you can REFUSE to accept the delivery; just sign the drive’s delivery sheet “damages” and contact us to let us know. This way, your courier can return the product, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.

  • If damage becomes apparent post-receipt or if there's a concealed defect, please promptly email us photos at within 5 business days. Noting “Possible Concealed Damage” on the delivery receipt ensures extra protection. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
